Synopsis[]
NASCAR star Jeff Gordon and New Jersey Nets star Jayson Williams guest star as themselves, making promises to a sick child that the Mayor feels compelled to top. Meanwhile, Carter tries to prove his youth by partying with Stacy till the wee hours; and Paul is intimidated by a bully.
