Synopsis[]
As Valentine's Day nears, Mike and Nikki grapple with taking their relationship to the next level. But their attempts at a romantic hotel rendezvous result in Nikki's arrest for solicitation. Meanwhile, the Mayor and the staff participate in a stakeout in a surveillance truck with disastrous results; and Stacy masquerades as a psychic to dupe Paul.
